The United Kingdom and Australia signed Free Trade Agreement

The United Kingdom-Australia Free Trade Agreement was signed virtually on 17th of DEC.

Eliminating tariffs (duty) on originating goods within the tradelane.

It is the first new free trade deal struck by the United Kingdom since it left the EU.

 The UK is Australia’s 5th largest trading partner relating to value of exported goods.

The United Kingdom’s department for International Trade stated that it expects increased trade with Australia by 53%.
