How and where we ship orders from the United Carriers APAC merchandise store.
Where We Ship

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. We do not ship to any other international destinations.

Dispatch Times
  • Australia: orders dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • New Zealand: orders dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking

Tracking is provided by StarshipIt. You will receive an SMS with your tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Authority to Leave is permitted at the customer's discretion. If ATL is selected, United Carriers APAC is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs after the parcel has been delivered to the nominated address.

Delivery Discrepancies
  • Any delivery discrepancies (missing items, damaged parcels, incorrect addresses) must be reported to contact@unitedcarriers.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Additional charges may apply for failed redelivery attempts.
  • If we are unable to fulfil an order within the estimated dispatch window, we will notify you and offer either an extended delivery time or a full refund.
