Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your United Carriers APAC merchandise. The terms below outline when and how returns are accepted.

When Returns Are Accepted

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items that are incorrect (different to the product ordered).
  • Items that do not match the description on the product page.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing with United Carriers APAC (for example, where the item arrived damaged or where we shipped the wrong product).

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and review before approval.
  • Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
